They didn’t attach my skid plate back under the car properly after an oil change. It came off while I was driving and started dragging and scraping on the road. Very dangerous, luckily it wasn’t on the freeway. On a positive note they did fix it free of charge but I wouldn’t go back here.
I’m preparing for a road trip, and just got my oil changed and they were SO HELPFUL! So kind and so knowledgeable. Thank you guys so much (and the woman that helped me was amazing as well). It’s my go-to spot for a reason!!

So I thought a family members car had been burning oil for months now, but this weekend when I changed the transmission fluid in the car for the first time, I noticed that the car is leaking oil from the oil drain plug. We've only taken this car to have it's oil changed at this location. All I could do was make sure the drain plug was snugged down for now, just in case it's stripped and I need to buy a whole new oil pan/gasket/drain plug/crush washer.
