They were very kind gentlemen who got the job done. I'm glad to stay in my car, it was done quickly, no hassle. I'll admit that when I first arrived, I came in the wrong way and drove into the building without anyone being there. That is an error on my end, and I apologize. However, I was also told that it was common for people to do that. I understand why; all the entrances and exits were wide open and the arrows on the ground were faded. They got me all set up and ready for the road.
It was a routine oil change. At first I got nervous about topping off other fluids because of a past experience (not at any Valvoline place) in which someone not only overfilled the coolant reservoir but also used the wrong one after I had already just done a coolant flush. They topped it off about where it should be at this place though and used the right one. Oil change was very fast and is at good level.
