Very informative and quick
Always polite always great service!
Very professional and polite But I don't understand why it's needed to tighten down the oil filter so tight I've been a mechanic for over 40 years it requires hand tight and a 3/4 to full turn on the oil filter even looked it up to make sure over tighthing can cause damage to the vehicle I hope this can be corrected
Although there was a slight line they moved very quickly. Jim worked on my vehicle and he was very thorough and showed me things like my air filter just to indicate its health. They didn’t mind explaining the difference in oil to me so I could make the most informed decision on what I wanted. I really appreciate their time and attention to detail. Plus- you get a free car wash in the back. Can’t beat that! Check their website for some coupons before you go.
