I would have loved to give them five stars because the service originally was top tier. They told me that I needed my radiator flushed because the fluid was black. The gentleman that flushed my radiator stated that he was unable to get it fully cleaned out right then and there and I needed to let the coolant run through the radiator for a couple days. THEY LET ME DRIVE OFF WITH NO OIL IN THE CAR. I came here for an oil change. They will not let you get out of your car, so it's almost impossible to see what's going on and what they're doing. However, I could see through the small gap between the open hood and the top of my dashboard that they were putting a plastic hose down my dipstick tube. I said, "Wait, what are you doing? Are you sucking the oil out through the dipstick tube?" He said "Yes." I said, "No, I want you to remove the drain plug and do it properly". He repl... read more
They didn’t have my specific oil in stock so they upgraded me to a better oil and was able to get 50% off because of that. Ended up, costing me less than the regular oil recommended and get a better grade of semisynthetic. So that made me very happy.
