I came here for an oil change. They will not let you get out of your car, so it's almost impossible to see what's going on and what they're doing. However, I could see through the small gap between the open hood and the top of my dashboard that they were putting a plastic hose down my dipstick tube. I said, "Wait, what are you doing? Are you sucking the oil out through the dipstick tube?" He said "Yes." I said, "No, I want you to remove the drain plug and do it properly". He replied, "We can't do that. It's our policy". I'll be coming here for more than a year but today they broke where my oil filter goes in they had me there for an hour and a half never said nothing to me I had to bring my own oil filter every time I come here and now they just put me outside because my car is not drivable because they broke it and they said they won't even tell it to the dealer so they can fix it they just ignore me and I'm sitting here waiting for a tow truck that I have to pay for the part where my filter goes in and you treated me like they don't care ... read more
Stay away from this place. They will add the wrong oil to your vehicle. Pay attention to the invoice to ensure what type of oil they added to you car. Even so, no one know what they will add to your car. I went for an oil change and requested a specific synthetic blend. When I came home, I reviewed the invoice and it was the wrong oil application for my car. They added an European blend to a Chevrolet Corvette.
