Very professional team
Wasted a full 2hrs waiting to get an oil change done in the left lane. Had to leave. Can’t believe these guys can’t get it done. Who ever is there so called mechanic sucks and should be fired. Obviously he doesn’t know what he’s doing.
Watch your personal belongings. Last place I had my wallet. Was there every time? I kept asking they were so defensive. A lot of shady kids working there. Our company has an account there. I'll be sure to tell him not to go there anymore i had a step out of my car. While step out of my car there was a kid working on the cabin filter and for some reason my wallet was gone. 1/3, twice to ask instead of helping me go into cameras. They just got mad.
I’ve been to this Valvoline location three times now for oil changes service, as well as other vehicle services and every time I leave feeling taken care of. The team here is super friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They take the time to explain any recommendations and answer questions without trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. It’s refreshing to have a spot you can trust. Definitely recommend this location!
The staff at this location were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each step of the service. Everyone I interacted with was polite, respectful, and efficient. It was refreshing to experience such outstanding customer service. Thank you for making it a smooth and positive visit!
