kind of took longer than what they said not sure why it was taking so long and loud drilling noise from underneath

I’m a senior citizen on a fixed budget and every time I go to get an oil change the attendants are extremely helpful and courteous, they explain everything.to me. I recently got a much needed radiator flush, it was completed in 15 minutes. They are wonderful! Thank you
