The overall experience was great. The lube techs were very helpful and friendly, my only concern as a customer was that the shop itself had no heat, so not only were the customer freezing cold while waiting for services but the techs were freezing as well.
Always quick and great service
One technician wasn't paying attention and dropped my oil cap into the motor compartment. After about 30 minutes they got a new oil cap from Advance Auto and lowered the price on my oil change $10.00, which is usually what I pay with the coupon, but they wouldn't take the coupon and said they already gave me $10 off. Again...what I usually pay. This visit should've been free or 50% off. This visit ruined my appointment I had for later, because it made me late, but they didn't seem to care. Good service. A tad expensive tbh But the assistant manager knows his stuff well.
