We just came from this location. They politely told me about how my car needed to have the 4 wheel drive portions serviced as it had never been done… of course it hadn’t because it’s a front wheel drive car. Oops guys. We said no to changing the air filter because we have one we are putting in… they removed it and tried to change anyway. We asked to leave it a quart lower to let us put an additive in the oil for higher mileage… it’s actually 2.5 quarts low! They tried to charge me for all 6 quarts, I refused to pay for more ... read more
