This review pertains to the only time I've ever done business with this shop (1115 N Dixie Hwy), which was back in Feb 2025. I was in the area at the time to visit family, and I won't be returning to this shop the next time I visit due to this experience. When I first pulled up to the shop, I asked the employee if the invoice that I would receive after getting my vehicle worked on would have a certain specific description of the service done. Courtney and the team at this location are awesome. Helped the service flow, even though it was busy. Made sure to re-prioritize people as lines got busy and dynamics changed, making sure people got put into order if they were waiting a bit due to line dynamics. And my car had some issues starting up-- they literally helped me push it out of the bay and did all they could to help (within their scope). Only place I'll go for an oil change and basic services.
Courtney was super friendly and very helpful, answering all the questions I had. They had me in and out in no time.
Only place I take my rides ! All good, trustworthy!
