Marlon was very thorough. All my fluids were checked and made sure I was at ease as he guided me over the hole. When he showed me my air filter, I was appalled. It was so caked with dirt and had a big hole. I do not think the other places ever checked it since it was that bad. When I asked if that could be a reason my air conditioner would not blow well, he said no but he checked another air filter in the cab and that one was bad too.
