If I could leave 0 starts, I would. I have been to many valvolines across the country and this is the worst. We were here for an hour and 20 minutes, 50 of which were spent in the bay. Their “evacuation” machine doesn’t work properly so we sat there for 30 minutes watching the oil slowly drip out before they decided to pull the drain plug. And then the guy under the car said he didn’t even know where the drain plug was. The gal up top said they were all new and didn’t know anything. Obviously. Do not go here.
Very professional, was quick, explained everything in detail! This is where I get my oil changed every time!!
Every time I’ve been to this establishment it’s always been fast and efficient service, but this last time I was in there at least 45 minutes maybe more. There were several technicians in there, but not one of them could stay focused on my vehicle so at any given time I had five different people trying to service my truck at different stages while they kept jumping to other vehicles.
