We were hunting outside of rock Springs about 45 miles out of town. Our fuel filter started acting up so we called these clowns. They told us that if we came in they could change the filter. They reassured us that they actually had the filter in stock. We drove all the way in only to arrive and find that they didn’t actually have the part. The guy who served me was very helpful, he explained everything and asked me good questions about the car. They checked my car thoroughly, which is what I wanted. I am traveling back and for from WY to CA but I will no try to make my oil change and other stuff at my car at this Valvoline shop in Rock Springs! Highly recommended!!!
Each and every employee at this Valvoline was phenomenal! Their customer service really is top notch. Even with the wait they made sure to get what they could done on my vehicle before even entering the bay. You can definitely tell they have great team work together!
