Don't like the changes! Prices are ridiculous 180 a hour with a 2 hour minimum for a oil change on a RV! Wasn't there 45 min! The mechanic are great. The prices are way to high.
They performed an oil change and raised their prices by 40 percent. I find it interesting that they have bulk oil and charge 9.99 a quart. That's 40 dollars a gallon. I can buy oil at Walmart cheaper and then they charge 120 an hour for three hours to change oil. I wasn't even there for 2 hours. Better options in town and the manager was not helpful when I questioned the "new" pricing. Do yourself a favor and go some where else.
Tried to take advantage of one of my employees lack of knowledge. Diagnosed a tire issue without taking it off the truck. When I asked for an explanation as to how they came to this conclusion the service manager fumbled his way through the entire explanation, then finished it off with “basically the tires junk, but we can take it off and test it for you if you want” He made zero sense.
