George, John and team are always professional, prompt and straight forward. I began using this shop about six years ago when I moved to Falls Church and I’ve never taken my cars anywhere else since. I trust him with the safety of my daughter’s vehicle and that says a lot! He’s also serviced two of my other vehicles for years. It just feels right!

I recently moved to this area and decided to try the Valvoline branch at 1132 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA. When I arrived an older employee wearing a Valvoline-branded jacket immediately acted aggressively, yelling at me to park quickly so he could move cars into the shop. The parking lot was crowded and there was no clear place to park. I tried to calmly explain and asked him to speak more respectfully so we could resolve the situation. I have been coming to George and the guys here for 10+ years for a variety of car ailments across multiple vehicles and realized I have never left a much deserved positive review. As a woman who is not knowledgeable about cars, I have always been leery of estimates made by other mechanics, but not George. He and the mechanics at Valvoline Express Falls Church are honest, trustworthy, speedy, and provide exceptional service at a fair and affordable price. I highly recommend!
