I recently moved to this area and decided to try the Valvoline branch at 1132 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA. When I arrived an older employee wearing a Valvoline-branded jacket immediately acted aggressively, yelling at me to park quickly so he could move cars into the shop. The parking lot was crowded and there was no clear place to park. I tried to calmly explain and asked him to speak more respectfully so we could resolve the situation. I have been coming to George and the guys here for 10+ years for a variety of car ailments across multiple vehicles and realized I have never left a much deserved positive review. As a woman who is not knowledgeable about cars, I have always been leery of estimates made by other mechanics, but not George. He and the mechanics at Valvoline Express Falls Church are honest, trustworthy, speedy, and provide exceptional service at a fair and affordable price. I highly recommend!

My car just broke down because they took my engine filter out and did not replace it. I was unaware of it until my car broke down and I checked to see there was no air filter in the car. Please, nobody go here. They’re the dumbest people ever. The crazy part is they never notified us when they realized their mistake. Please don’t go here

The workers here were awesome. Everyone was so helpful and hard working. Got all of my brakes swapped, a tire rotation and oil change. All done in just a matter of 2 hours. And they even worked with me on the price. Won’t take my car anywhere else
