The area manager was there and assisted me with my service, prior to this visit-my oil plug was damaged however the area manager replaced it and made it right for me and ensured that I was satisfied with service.
I strongly encourage anyone getting an oil change here to check their vehicle carefully afterward, especially for oil leaks. During my visit, the technician spent time aggressively upselling an oil cleaner. I listened but was made to feel talked down to rather than informed. Shortly after this service, my car developed a continuous oil leak that is not coming from the drain bolt.
