Dropped off my 2019 rav 4 since I’m near by for oil change- I should have asked ahead but I didn’t think too much of it - ended with $132 bill for oil change…..never paid that much in my life for oil change. When I asked they said they use good oil n had an attitude so I didn’t want to make a deal there. Ask first next time.
