Went in today and asked them to fill my tire. Pulled up and told the guy I just needed the tire filled and he said “that’s fine that’s all I have time to do” after waiting for 30 minutes the tech came out and told me my total was $97. I was confused and he said “oh I used the better oil because that’s what the sticker said” turns out he did an oil change when it wasn’t asked for. They say it’s a “Valvoline Express care” but it isn’t express and it’s not Valvoline. It’s a local oil service station- you need to get out of your car and sit in their waiting area and it takes 30 minutes to change the oil. Nothing wrong with it being a local service station, but the fact that it’s advertised as Valvoline express service, is a little deceiving. They didn’t accept my Valvoline coupons for discount either.

This was worst valvoline experience I ever had oh I’m sorry this is not a valvoline this is a company using valvoline as a front. I been using valvoline for almost 10yrs and this is the first time I was disrespected for not knowing the policy of this company.
