Horrible customer service!!! Rude rude staff members. When I attempted to question their answers after not getting a proper response, the staff member told me he didnt care what I thought and walked away shutting down any conversation. Do not recommend this place at all.
Express Care @ 216th has the best customer service. They don't push services that aren't necessary. They even have coloring and a toy chest for the kids. A+
These folks rock. Bert especially. Don't go anywhere else just because it's cheaper. You'll get way better service and quality here.

Went in for a $500 oil change and, PLUS light bulb change. Manager told the poor girl that she couldn't be spending time working on the lights on a Saturday. Left with one bulb changed and light bulb boot not even put back and missing engine screws. NEVER going back.
