I had the best experience ever at express care/Vavoline today. I chose to go there because of how polite and informative this young man (JR) was a few weeks prior, when I went there to inquire about, a light on in my car. I returned to get an oil change this afternoon. It was pretty cool that JR remembered me and so him and another man by the name of Wallace did my oil change.
