Installed my wiper blades wrong. Left my oil plug loose. Within a few days had to go somewhere else on the fly because I was leaking oil from a lose plug. When I returned here about my wiper blades they were very rude about it. Because I didn't know they were wrong until it rained which was over 30 days. But we had no rain. I get people make mistakes but telling a customer that the dude who installed the wrong blades has 25 yrs experience that doesn't matter mistakes happen.
