Awesome customer service, prompt, and they checked my car over to inform me of additional need considerations. I was in and out in 15 minutes
I’ve been coming here for 6 years now to get all 4 of my vehicles serviced, never had anything but nice things to say. I noticed today the owner wasn’t in, no big deal because the other usual man was. He was rude and honestly passive aggressive. Bad days/moments happen to everyone but I could never imagine making a customer feel unwelcome. Tipped and left, I won’t be returning.
All the guys are really nice and polite. Oil change took no time at all.
Came got a oil change,left drove for about 30 minutes, change oil soon light came on , oil light came on, engine power reduced light came on, pulled over,checked the oil stick no oil on it, basically it locked my engine and they did everything they could to say it was no fault of there own.Careless and unprofessional
