for some reason they CLOGGED my wife’s AC Drain during an OIL CHANGE. costing us $1,000+ in repairs and detailing. they ruined her carpet because water was pooling and sitting in her floorboards for months. the entire carpet had to be completely replaced. she was breathing in pungent moldy air for months causing her to get sick. have some care when you do a job and do it right. what a horrible experience. just ruining my wife’s car for no reason, not to mention threatening her literal health. i could not recommend this place... read more

Def didn’t use torque specs. Filter and drain plug were both unbelievably tight. So tight when I tried to take the filter off it broke my housing. Don’t go here.

Paid premium prices for what felt like the absolute bare minimum in service. The wait was ridiculous being the only car, communication was almost nonexistent, and the so-called ‘full vehicle check’ never occurred. For the prices they charge, I expected professionalism and attention to detail, not a disorganized experience that wasted my time and money. If you’re charging dealership-level prices, your service should reflect it. Extremely disappointing from start to finish.
