They over tightened the oil filter on my subaru which caused the oil to leak to the point my motor was almost dry. My motor now has a knock because of their workmanship. Then I call for resolution and the manager tells me I need to bring my vehicle in every 1000 miles so they can monitor the oil usage. Um i cannot drive my car because it's about to throw a rod because of your mistake.
