I'm not one to typically leave a review, but it is needed. I truly enjoyed the convenience of a quick and efficient oil change, however, I was horrified to hear how Ryan spoke to both Logan and Hayden (not only to them, but in front of customers as well). I assume he was "in charge" based on how he cussed and yelled at everyone, however, he was completely unprofessional and I was in shock that it got worse as a new customer had just pulled into the bay beside me. The service was quick and professional. My only complaint is that it cost $30 more than the Valvoline Express Care I used in Colorado.
I have been going to the Farmville Virginia Valvoline express for over 20 years and there’s a reason for that… Great service, friendly staff and the knowledge and expert care that all of my cars received thank you Gilbert, Chuck and all the crew there. Blessings to you all! Kiki.
