Have been there several times with different vehicles, employees are polite seem to be knowledgeable of vehicles , comparison to dealership as good if not better

Caused damage to the undercarriage cover by improperly reinstalling it. Refused to speak with his boss so he wouldn't be yelled at. Lied to my face that the issue was resolved when I had left. Double checked and they simply screwed in what they could of the damaged cover even though I requested it to simply be removed. Insisted he pay me half of what it cost in total for the new cover out of his pocket so he wouldn't get yelled at. Received a refund for my oil change which still does not pay the total for the damages. Never ... read more
