I've used this place for years for all of my vehicles.... but my last visit left my wondering where the he'll the friendly faces that have greeted my in the past have gone. Nobody was rude or anything.. just blah..... and where's the service check-list, assuring you that all of the necessary fluids and levels were checked and filled? I left this place flabbergasted by the way the Manager (Allen) spoke to me. I accidentally pulled had a coupon for the Mt Pleasant location and they did not accept it. I pulled up a 10 coupon for Valvoline full synthetic and he still said no! I have always used these coupons here and the service was $99. I was a woman alone in a car while he creamed “he is sick of these people” his employees witnessed this. Than said I wanted steak on a poor persons budget. If you want the fastest oil change in history go here. They didn't try to up sell anything ask me to do extra stuff of even check other fluids. Pulled in and said regular oil change, they said ok and less than 5 minutes later they were pumping fresh oil in. Didn't even give me a new sticker to know when to come back!
