This place RUINED MY ENGINE and now they don’t want to pay! I knew something was wrong almost immediately when it took over an hour for a simple oil change. Some new guy was out in my vehicle and at each turn several guys had to come over and assist. I could not tell what was going on because the hood was up but it was clear this guy was new so I asked and surely I was right! Sat and waited 10 mins for someone to come and change my oil and not a single person came up to my car asking what i was there for
Worst company ever. The manager damaged my car and lied to me about it. I pulled over in the exit area to check my vehicle and there were scratches all under the hood of my car. Not to mention they dropped oil down the engine and lied when I asked them to clean it, stated he never worked on a BMW after he started the service to the point where he had to use YouTube to assist.
