The service technician and the receptionist displayed exceptional qualities in professionalism. Especially, the service technician: he was very careful to explain in detail what was needed in order to extend the life of my vehicle. His attention to detail was so astute to the point that I am now a regular customer. I highly recommend this service for your automotive needs.
I had an excellent experience at this Valvoline Express. Bryan, the mechanic, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything they were doing to my car. The woman at the front desk was also very polite and helpful. Outstanding customer service all around. I highly recommend this location—definitely a 10 out of 10!
I will never do service at this car wash again! Today I witnessed a lady fall hard in the waiting area, and not one employee came over to help her or even ask if she was okay. The only people who showed concern were us customers, who simply asked if she was alright. The lady had a terrible fall and was clearly in pain, and it was disturbing to see the employees just ignore her.
