I had an excellent experience at this Valvoline Express. Bryan, the mechanic, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything they were doing to my car. The woman at the front desk was also very polite and helpful. Outstanding customer service all around. I highly recommend this location—definitely a 10 out of 10!
I will never do service at this car wash again! Today I witnessed a lady fall hard in the waiting area, and not one employee came over to help her or even ask if she was okay. The only people who showed concern were us customers, who simply asked if she was alright. The lady had a terrible fall and was clearly in pain, and it was disturbing to see the employees just ignore her. Quick service 2 oil changes within 30 minutes with a free car wash 👍🏾
This place RUINED MY ENGINE and now they don’t want to pay! I knew something was wrong almost immediately when it took over an hour for a simple oil change. Some new guy was out in my vehicle and at each turn several guys had to come over and assist. I could not tell what was going on because the hood was up but it was clear this guy was new so I asked and surely I was right!
