I hope I caught this man on a bad day instead of this being how he treats all customers. I drove in and parked as a man aggressively signaled me to come into the garage. He was short and seemed frustrated at our first interaction. Handed me a form to sign and told me I would be need to pay $103 for my 2017 Nissan Sentra to get an oil change. Told him I didn't need fully synthetic, but he did not offer another option. I’ve been bringing my car to Express Care for regular service, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is kind, straightforward, and genuinely helpful—no pressure, no upselling, just honest work. They treat you like a real person, not just a customer to get through. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can actually trust, but this place has earned it. Highly recommend.

They always take care of us, very nice and knowledgeable. We get our diesel oil change here as well. I'd highly recommend them!
