Grease Monkey in Chippewa rocks. First time there and they gave me discounts, made recommendations, and most of all were very kind.

My husband took my car here as I have to go out of town and couldn't get it into the dealership like I usually do. He said the experience was a nightmare. Workers using foul language and being unprofessional. One wanted to check my cabin filter, never got to it but managed to mess up my glove box and didn't put it back in correctly. And then proceeded to get blood on my seat. Never going back there.
Young man did a great job. From what I could tell, an employee did not show up and he was running the show by himself. He communicated well and was working very hard! He did not complain one bit and knew what he was doing.
