I used to be pleased with the excellent service here. The staff was professional and I could drop my car off, come back 30 minutes later and it was done. Yesterday I was told I cannot leave my vehicle because of new ownership and new policies. Ok no big deal. The tech then started checking my lights, tires, wiper blades, battery, etc and made note of my inspection sticker date. BOGUS. i cannot wait for the reply to this one. after waiting 1.5hrs for a PA state emissions and state inspection to be done, i was told that my muffler delete failed this shops own personal visual safety check.....something that costs $21.15 and is added on before the state emissions & inspections are done.....and something i did NOT ask to be done nor is required for state inspection. I also had trouble there and one of the clowns started a fight with me. tells me I can't wait in the parking lot. Had synthetic oil put in they recommended and had it taken out the next day motor started to knock. real jerks there. Don't be fooled and let the TV's make you think they can't play a switch.
