I recently had a very concerning experience at this shop which appears to have a new young manager who clearly doesn't seem to care about the work done. He failed to complete basic tasks and seemed uninterested in ensuring that everything was properly done when i asked him. As a result, I had to take my car to another mechanic at my own expense to verify that the work was done correctly, which is unacceptable.
