Placed an online order with them for some parts I needed relatively urgently. When I went into my account a few days later to check the status of my order it had been changed to 'cancelled', unbeknownst to me. I called to find out why, only to be told that they don't actually have the parts I ordered. A courtesy call or email would have been nice, instead of just cancelling my order without any notice or explination.

Nothing like being greeted by someone so enthusiastic about their workplace. They did not have what I needed but mind you neither did anyone else. This did not stop them trying their best to source it elsewhere. I did see such a great range of gear that I know I will be back for. If you want genuine service, drop in and check them out.
