Our furnace went out in December 2024 and we called Val Verde energy to come diagnose the problem. They said it was a blower motor that needed replacing and they would order the part. No communication about how much the part was going to cost and no communication for over a week about where the part was. Meanwhile, it’s December in New Mexico and rapidly approaching the holidays.
