We dealt with this company for a furnace that needed replacing. They came looked at it and left. I called numerous time because they failed to ever call and give us the status on the furnace. So, I called and first the furnace was on back order, then the furnace was too large and they couldn't find one. Lastly, I suggested perhaps a small furnace. My last call to them they said they couldn't do the job. This took over a month (January into Feb.) and in the end I honestly don't understand how this company is still in business... read more

Run- Run as fast as you can lol! These guys are dishonest or at best incompetent! They bill you for two technicians on any call. One is a tech ,the other is being trained. Only one works .They bill you for two and on an hourly rate so if its 30 minutes you're billed two technicians for an hour ,thats two hours. And if the call takes 1 hour and ten minutes they bill you for two hours. Our furnace went out in December 2024 and we called Val Verde energy to come diagnose the problem. They said it was a blower motor that needed replacing and they would order the part. No communication about how much the part was going to cost and no communication for over a week about where the part was. Meanwhile, it’s December in New Mexico and rapidly approaching the holidays.
