Called about exchanging cash to euro, said they could exchange. Went the following morning and they tell me they dont have it at all after they told me they did.

If I could give zero stars I would. My parents, which are older in age, told me that the cashier that works at midnight gave them horrible service. They have gone multiple times and the male cashier with the glasses keeps telling them that “the company doesn’t send money to Mexico at that time”. This has happened many times. We used to be frequent clients but ever since this employee has been scheduled during the midnight hours it has become impossible to process any transactions. I’m very upset with the service. I called around 1:45 PM to ask about the exchange rate from USD to Japanese Yen. I was told over the phone that the rate was 149.25, which sounded great—so I planned my day around that and headed to the store. When I arrived at 8:00 PM, I was told the rate was actually 135, a significant drop from what I was quoted earlier. No one mentioned that the rate could change throughout the day, and I didn’t receive any warning or explanation. It felt misleading and unprofessional.
