Do not use this facility. It has horrible management, they allow cars to pack in front of your units if you have outside units and don’t discourage this practice and they raise their rates every 6 months. They also have poor snow removal practices in the winter and leave snow piled up against the doors and you have to remove it yourself. There are several cheaper options by 1/2 price in the area. I was renting a 12x15ish size paying close to $400/month.
A clean, modern, well-maintained storage facility. Very helpful staff & value for money.
I use ValueSpace in Brunswick because of the location and security,but the number one reason is the way I am treated with respect , kindness,and professionalism. James made my experience comfortable , he is patient and listens to my needs then gives me options that suit. I left there feeling like family. James is conscientious even of personal needs. ValuSpace at hoosick rd, Troy NY was great! I Rented a climate controlled unit which kept my stuff very well in more than two years. The place itself is very clean. It is easy to access. The management team is very helpful and kind.
