Exceptional service, great value, with well kept storage. Troy site manager personally insured I got a great deal and that my move in was really smooth! Great experience and Customer Service. Will certainly be using them every year and plan come back again for storage next year. Highly recommend using them!
Do not use this facility. It has horrible management, they allow cars to pack in front of your units if you have outside units and don’t discourage this practice and they raise their rates every 6 months. They also have poor snow removal practices in the winter and leave snow piled up against the doors and you have to remove it yourself. There are several cheaper options by 1/2 price in the area. I was renting a 12x15ish size paying close to $400/month.
A clean, modern, well-maintained storage facility. Very helpful staff & value for money.
