I wish to give 0 star if possible. I been using valueway for years and everything was good. I visited 4800 east gate parkway on July 23rd at 5:40ish to mail some parcels. The female staff there didn’t look at us from the start to end. She is staring at her computer all the time, and talk in a really rude manner like we need to beg her to mail parcels for us. We asked for some help, nope. She even yelled at me when I asking her how to start the computer there (as there are login password). We are shocked by her attitude and d... read more
Been used for years as mail package back home, best price I could find. Staff is really helpful, they have website you can create shipment first, then drop off your package and pay.
