I had a wonderful stay at ValueSuites Penrith during a very stressful time while caring for a family member in hospital. The staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive throughout my stay. They went out of their way to assist me with a very reasonable room rate given the circumstances, which I truly appreciated. I booked one night here, wanting somone safe, secure & clean - solo female from the outside the area. At exactly 8.13am this mornong my door was unlocked from the outside and a male announced "maintenance" while opening the door. Half asleep, I called out "hello?". He replied "Oh I thought you checked out" and shut the door. I quickly packed my things and went to reception to explain what had occurred - firmly but calming stating that it was completely unacceptable. Excellent customer service - beats any 5 star hotel. Extremely clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities you require. Bonus is the vending machine for any late night snacks! Highly recommend this hotel.
