A nice room with good amenities. It was a little noisy on Saturday night. All guests need to be reminded about being considerate of their fellow guests
Great rooms and well presented. Cheap and amazing.
The management at this property are not accommodating and understanding. They had the opportunity to support me but chose not to (despite other properties in the Penrith area being supportive when in the same situation) DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FOR A Sporting Event.
Well equipped and clean room, hotel close to dining options and most of all: great people at reception desk, especially Diu who was outstandingly helpful. We are happy to have chosen ValueSuites for our stay in Penrith.
