Ghosted and has not provided payment for the furniture that was being sold
I was happy to find an affordable fire proof filing cabinet at Valumander similar to what we have at my company. Their customer service to buy the product was excellent, fast, atentive. When the filing cabinet was delivered i asked the person if the cabinet has its keys and he said no. I contacted the company to see if they can fix the issue and said they will order a new lock and keys. They sell used offce furniture. So there were some limitation on my choice since I had to choose within current inventory. But they were willing to help and tried their best to fulfill my needs. I bought office cubicles and needed some modification due to the shape of my office. The person who helped me was so helpful by changing the drawing several times.
