We are very happy with Patrick and his service. He was thorough, informative, eady to reach, punctual and transparent. What we specifically liked was that we were present during the inspection, and he went over and showed is everything he was doing and why, and explained the process very well. Patrick was fantastic! I had a list of inspectors - he was my first and last call. Right off the bat, he was warm, communicative and clear. I had my first inspection while the property was very cluttered. Pat slowly did his inspection from top to bottom as best he could. He revealed situations which need correction. Some immediately. It was thorough and complete. I will use his services again when the property has been cleaned so he can get a better look. Very professional.
