Patrick was fantastic. -He was on time. -He was fully transparent with his services and his pricing. -He was very thorough. -The presentation of his report was equally thorough and he leaves great notes so you can understand in layman's terms, which is my speed. -Down to earth and easy to talk to, but also very professional. All in all, great experience. He made it a breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an inspection.
