Waited 2 months for an elective surgery for our new kitten, and when the day finally arrived (with a friendly reminder email the night before) they said they didn't have any record of our appointment, and that they never do elective surgeries on Thursdays. Took time off work because of the importance of this visit only to be sent home with a starving kitty (no food after 10pm the night before, of course).
