My experience with Value Windows was great from the very start. I reached out to them to have somebody come look at the windows at my house and they were prompt in scheduling it and the guy that came out was very knowledgeable and helpful as I didn’t know much about windows. He helped me pick which windows would be best for the house, the frame color, and he did all the measurements at the same time and wrote up the proposal before leaving. We had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The quality of the windows is outstanding and you can immediately see and feel the difference. I am so grateful for my designer to recommend George and his team. From the initial meeting/quoting, to the communication, to the installation that happened last week, everything went smoothly. The team had to deal with some botched work from a previous contractor, and they handled that with care, fixed all the issues, and made sure my windows were properly installed. We ordered two replacement screens for our enclosed patio and for two back windows in our home. The representative who came out, George, was very personable and assured us that all their workers were in house employees, not contractors. He also told us the screens would be built and installed onsite. After reviewing the estimate he provided, we paid half upfront with the agreement that the remaining balance would be due upon completion.
