DEATH TRAP!! I am writing about the product only. The people who did the installation were excellent. I have 3040 GS casement windows in new construction. They are 20 feet above the ground. Naturally, I would prefer to have windows that you can clean from the inside. Finding nothing about cleaning on their website, I asked my contractor who showed me how to unhook the bottom mechanism for cleaning but did not show the top. Not good enough.
