I forgot to pay my bill last period and received the nicest reminder call from them. I really appreciate their courtesy and respect. I was able to pay over the telephone with my credit card and went on my way. Later I couldn't stop thinking of how polite this company is, more than most I've dealt with. They give a new meaning to "personal service".

I 've had their service for a year and a half. Three times I 've asked if there is any way the bills could be bigger, postcard size is small and easily lost in mail. I paid my last bill and have been looking for a bill but haven't got one. So rather than mail me a notice with a late charge they just left my trash on the curb. I called yesterday to find out if they had changed the day without letting me know. She returned call leaving message without answering my question.
