I had been a Value Vision customer for 20 + yeas. My previous employer had a contract with them. My last pair of eyeglasses purchased at the Lackawana store were totally useless. I took the glasses back to them and they basically handed them back to me and said that since the glasses were made to another doctors' script, that it wasn't their problem.
Of all the eye exams and eye care I’ve received in my lifetime, this was by far the best. The service I received at their Webster, New York facility was very thorough and professional. This will definitely be my go to place for eye care and eyewear, from now on.
I want to give Value vision zero stars but it won't let me... I ordered safety glasses that they said would be ready in ten days... going on four months later, no safety glasses. Value vision does appear to be good at one thing though. Excuses. Every time I called, they had excuses ready for me. Excuses why my safety glasses weren't ready. Glasses not ready...excuses ready.
