This clinic is extremely unprofessional. I brought my sick cat in for care and was given a contaminated urine test from the exam table, leading to a questionable UTI and diabetes diagnosis. When I suggested glycemic stress due to infection, I was pressured to pay $200 for further testing. I bought my own glucometer and confirmed his glucose was normal. I am writing this in the hopes that your establishment significantly improves the way it manages appointments, communication and treatment of its customers . I arrived today 8/1 for a 3:00pm appointment. As soon as I walked in a male attendant asked “is this Louie” to which I replied “yes”. Louie was abruptly taken from my hand and the man walked into the office without me and closed the door behind him. I then asked the receptionist “what did he say?”. She replied “rabies vaccination”. I’ve only taken my puppy here twice for his vaccinations but every time the staff and doctors have been very friendly. They have a lot of clients but they work their best to see everyone as soon as possible but sometimes pets have to go ahead of you because they have an emergency and I’m ok with that. If it was my pet in crisis, I’d want to go to the front of the line. Routine care is easy and fast because they use Otto for scheduling. I brought my 4 month old puppy for his first visit here on the 17th of july. Here are some hard truths... The area in front and around the clinic is riddled with trash, garbage and debris. So if you have a young dog or puppy that will try and eat things off the ground I suggest carrying them into the clinic (size permitting)... Upon walking into the waiting room of the clinic it is an extremely cramped area with a portable AC and a fan blowing.. seating enough for 5 people, and pray the person next to you doesn't have an agg... read more
