Back in March my female cat Sister had emergency surgery for spayed it was a very pleasant experience my cat instantly relaxed once the Dr examined her. Everyone was so nice even a cat came out to greet us not sure if it was the clinic cat or a patient after I signed and made the payment I was advice to come pick her up at 4 that went smoothly they gave me her discharge papers medication and food l left with a smile on my face and just happy that my cat was fine. I had the worst experience at this clinic!! In the beginning everything was wonderful but when the payment and services were done, that's when my nightmare started!! On July 3 2026 I took my dog oreo to have a mass removal and dental clinic, the total was $2500!! I dropped him off at 9am i waited till 2pm for them to call me to come pick him up!! Excellent customer service. Really takes care of the animals
Unfortunately, this place sucks. Whoever is responsible for scheduling seriously needs to be held accountable. I had an 11:00 AM appointment and arrived before my scheduled time. Check-in went smoothly, and I understood there would be some waiting since there were several dogs ahead of mine. An additional doctor arrived around the same time I did, so I assumed things would move along. While waiting, a woman sitting near me started a conversation.
