ve brought my dog there three times, all were horrible I brought him for a pre-op appointment so we were prepared for him to be neutered. on the day of surgery, he was put under anesthesia and then realized one of his testicles hadn't descended. I received a call that we had to pick him up and schedule for a special surgery.
