I really appreciate the customer service I got from the first phone call and throughout. We had to switch up to a bigger van because of the volume of luggage and they made it very easy. I definitely would use them again

I honestly don't know where to begin! So I will start from the beginning! I was in a position where I had no other choice but to rent vehicles for an extended time period. I rented through other major car rental companies and my experience was fine, however, I was referred to Value Auto Rental by a trusted family member who has been renting from this company for many years. Worst customer service. Customer support rep named Jenny is very unprofessional and rude. They sent an email that call us to reserve the vehicle after all confirmation in the email. When I called to reserve at union,Nj location, Jenny didn't know who sent an email from company and told me it is not available than checked again in the system, increased the booking price. I want to give a shout out to ali. Who was very helpful on getting me a rental. I came to Los Angeles had made reservations with different car rental which had fell through. Ali gotten me in a vehicle in less than hour. I would recommended to anyone that needs a rental car that is visiting LA. Thank you Ali ,when I come to visit I will come to vaule car renter again.
