Mark communicates clearly on what needs to be done and gives options. I had to get my car towed twice due to what eventually ended up being transmission issues, mechanics couldn't figure it out. I got referred to Mark. He allowed me to tow overnight at his parking lot which is very Tow truck friendly, and drop off key. Was able to get my transmission replaced for much lower than what the dealership would have costed me, and he clearly communicated to me when it would be ready for pick up. Great experience.

Not only did marks pricing come in well below the dealer, but he also paid attention to detail catching a few other issues before they became a problem. He did what he said and then some. Thank you for the great service and pricing. I will be taking all of my vehicles here for my transmission needs.
Mark worked very hard to get out Honda fixed. Rebuilt our transmission for about half of what the dealer was charging.
