Came in to Value to have my transmission checked and Mark was so nice to deal with, was very through, honest and completed the task I needed in a timely manner. I highly suggest you take your car here.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience here. The diagnosis was we needed a transmission rebuild which took 2 weeks and cost $5000+. Roughly six months later the same transmission problem started again. I took the car back as it was under warranty from prior repair. After another two weeks I’m told it still is not fixed but needs reprogrammed by a dealer and whatever is wrong is not Value Transmission’s problem. Bring your car literally anywhere else!! First of all I brought my car in after being referred from another transmission shop because they were unable to fix it and the problem was about a noise coming from my transmission. First of all they said they could fix my transmission, something I later found out they could not.
