I recently went for an oil change, and the experience was excellent. The staff was super friendly and professional. They explained what they were doing and even gave me a quick check-up on other parts of the car.
Worst customer service ever! The guy seemed like he was tired of his job. I walked in and he didn’t even greet me. All he said was “yes?”. I kept having to repeat what I wanted and he acted like I was not being clear. Avoid at all cost.
