We got a flat tire on I-91 just off of the Springfield exit. We were able to pull into the shop and they were able to take a look at our flat almost immediately. They gave us multiple options to be able to help us get back on the road. We decided just a replacement tire so we could get to our destination. Overall great experience and kind manners. Very helpful in the pinch we were in. Thank you again for the support!
The technician was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Everything went better than I expected. I would definitely use them again.
Fast, courteous service
Went in for EGR cleaning and got great communication messages of the vehicle health of many different aspects of future maintenance to keep In mind, service crew took on the cleaning in reasonable amount of time as it was a tough job and pricing was generous for the work, they did a good job car runs great no lights and love that they took my payment on the phone as can't get there during normal business hours.
