Great shop with exceptional service and knowledge. They know Volvos! While doing scheduled maintenance they are very observant as to other potential issues. No pressure to have fixed unless a safety issue. A printout is given as to repairs completed along with pricing to fix for other issues they found in the course of their repair. The girl at the counter is very efficient and greats you when entering. Keeping my 20-year-old Volvo running. Thank you all for the GREAT service
The team at Value Service is great! They have done an exceptional job at taking care of my elderly mother's vehicle service and repair needs. I particularly appreciate how they pick up and deliver the vehicle to her house so she doesn't have to worry about driving to the shop and waiting.
We got a flat tire on I-91 just off of the Springfield exit. We were able to pull into the shop and they were able to take a look at our flat almost immediately. They gave us multiple options to be able to help us get back on the road. We decided just a replacement tire so we could get to our destination. Overall great experience and kind manners. Very helpful in the pinch we were in. Thank you again for the support!
The technician was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Everything went better than I expected. I would definitely use them again.
Fast, courteous service
