Hands down the best company to use for carpet or flooring needs. They are professional, responsive and have a great customer service. The attention to detail and care of the space you will not find anywhere else. We shopped around for multiple options and no one came close to the service provided. It looks beautiful! Poor workmanship and poor customer service. Experienced a broken ankle resulting in surgery and months of pain due to slipping down the stairs from carpet installed by this company. The carpet that was installed was very slippery and was loosely installed in a waterfall fashion causing a dangerous situation. The company has yet to return my call. I called twice and the liability insurance forwarded the claim to them; please note the city inspector also said the carpet is loosely installed.
The warehouse team at Value Plus are pros. No order is too big for them. They get you loaded or unloaded fast. No waiting around. Very friendly people as well.
