*edit* after messaging we were able to come to an understanding of each side. We settled on the issue, so I added back some stars. Value Plus Flooring installed our flooring in our brand new house. The flooring that they installed was guaranteed for life, and would hold up to “anything life throws at it.” Our boards were coming apart to no fault of our own. There’s a transition that broke approximately three times since we’ve lived here and I have never in my life seen a transition break. I was in touch with them back in Sep... read more
