Value Plumbing is the "preferred plumber" of many new home builders. Be warned their work is unreliable. If your builder used this company I recommend getting an underground plumbing add on to your home owners insurance, you will need it. We purchased a home from Meritage Homes and they were the plumbers used at build. At 3 years of owning an over half-million dollar home, the pipe they installed separated.
