I would give this clinic zero stars if I could. I have an elderly cat that I have been giving another kitty’s medication to. Trixa has been showing signs of hyperthyroid for almost a year. Because I just moved from Everett to Tacoma I had no regular vet and no vets were accepting new patients. I put off taking Trixa to this walk in vet because Trixa is very frail with seizure disorder and renal failure. I've sat in the parking lot with my two puppies since they opened at 9am. It's 4:05 now. I now have no gas to turn on the A/C, I can't leave, my pets haven't eaten, they're restless, thirsty, and scared. There is absolutely no reason as to why I am the only one in the parking lot still waiting for my dogs to be taken in after I've already paid you. Our dogs were both spayed last May. Now one of them is on heat again. She has swelling vulva, keeps licking her private part, minimal bood bleeding discharge but enough to stain our sheets, our intact male goes crazily obsess with her and rips her diapers apart and mounts on her and did successfully locked with her twice. It is very inconvenient on our part especially my husband is light sleeper and the male dogs cries and whines whenever we separate them.
